As you can see in the roadmap above, we promised to release Phase 3 of Nuvio in February 2026. This will be delivered with only a few days’ delay. Over the coming days, you will see a series of important new enhancements appear in Nuvio.
Logging in to Nuvio is possible via both the website and the app. It is also possible to sign in very quickly using the Google Single Sign-On integration. In this case, users do not need to enter a password; instead, they can log in to Nuvio using their Gmail email address.
We are working to release Apple login in the near future as well, but there are some security aspects that currently require our attention.
Purchase history
You can view all your purchases in Nuvio, whether they were made offline (in-store) or online (via the webshop). Not only are the product image and the gross and net purchase prices displayed, but the barcode required to return items is also shown in Nuvio. This means that keeping a receipt is no longer necessary, even for warranty claims.
Loyalty card history
The loyalty points history is shown for all purchases and any redemptions. This ensures that consumers always have a clear overview of the changes to their loyalty points balance.
Loyalty card forgotten
It happens to everyone: forgetting a loyalty card or not being able to find it quickly. With Nuvio, that’s no problem at all. Simply scan the QR barcode printed at the bottom of the receipt and any missed loyalty points will automatically be added to the active loyalty card.
Transfer loyalty balance
Nuvio is one of the few loyalty solutions that allows consumers to have multiple loyalty cards. Consumers can also transfer loyalty points from one card to another themselves. Once all points have been transferred, the original loyalty card can still be used to start collecting points again.
Promotions
Product promotions from RetailVista (was–now prices and price agreements) are displayed in Nuvio to give consumers insight into all active offers. In the next Nuvio update, it will even be possible to add a complete promotional leaflet as a PDF file.
App availability in PlayStore & AppStore
In the coming weeks, Nuvio will become available as an app in the Play Store and the App Store. Installing and using the app is not required; consumers can also access Nuvio by scanning the Nuvio QR code in-store or the QR code printed at the bottom of the receipt.
Within RetailVista, we have implemented the following to support Nuvio:
LaPosta integration:
All customer data from RetailVista is automatically synchronised to LaPosta. RetailVista remains the primary source of this data. Customer groups from RetailVista are also transferred to Nuvio, making it easy to send mailings to customers who meet specific criteria.
RFM (Recency Frequency Money) Customer segmentation
A unique feature of RetailVista is that it enables us to automatically segment customers based on their visit and purchasing behaviour. RFM is a widely recognised methodology used to divide customers into groups, ranging from lost customers to champion customers.
Every night, all customers are automatically recalculated, and the results of this customer segmentation can be used to send mailings that match the calculated customer segments. This allows you to re-engage customers who are at risk of not returning with an invitation, while rewarding your very best customers for their purchases.
