Optimal Use of RetailVista
We want nothing more than satisfied customers. In many ways, we aim to help you make the best possible use of our software. We have an extensive onboarding program to help new clients get started with RetailVista ERP. However, even after that phase, we often find there’s a need for support to ensure that retail processes align as effectively as possible with our software (and sometimes vice versa).
Our support desk is primarily intended to assist with technical issues and when you don’t fully understand how RetailVista works. For further enhancement in using RetailVista, we have developed a VIP program. This program provides you with direct access to our product specialists outside of the support desk. They are eager to share their knowledge of RetailVista and their experience with implementations at our clients.
VIP is offered in various programs, from VIP Lite to VIP Professional.
