Easy customer registration with RetailVista Nuvio
Many retailers have a loyalty program but are looking for solutions to offer the associated customer registration as simply and customer-friendly as possible. While some market players offer expensive websites to solve this problem, NedFox will offer RetailVista Nuvio from 2025 as an affordable and often better-performing alternative.
By scanning a QR code in the store, customers can easily register their loyalty card without needing to install an app.
The registration of a loyalty card includes collecting personal information such as name, address, city, email, phone number, and other similar details.

Customer registration
Consumers can register very easily and quickly. Providing an email address and password is sufficient for the initial registration. A full registration, including name, address, city, and other details, can be rewarded with extra loyalty points.

There is also an option to use single sign-on via an existing Google or Apple account. This makes the registration process even smoother, as no password needs to be entered.
During full registration, consumers can also select interest groups from RetailVista, helping to establish the foundation for a complete customer profile.
White label branding
Your own company branding is reflected in Nuvio. This includes color scheme, company logo, and address details. If the standard color options are not sufficient, we can work with you to develop a custom branding solution.
Loyalty balance
Nuvio always displays the current points balance from RetailVista. Through the purchase history, all points transactions are also visible, providing clear insight into how the points balance was accumulated.
Receipts, buying history
The full purchase history of a customer, going back up to 7 years, can be retrieved, including the corresponding receipts. For returning purchases, it is no longer necessary to keep a physical receipt; scanning the barcode of the digital receipt is sufficient.
Forgotten loyaltycard
A key feature of Nuvio is the ability for consumers to add loyalty points to a transaction themselves if they forgot their loyalty card during an in-store purchase.

By taking a photo of the QR code on the receipt, the missed loyalty points can still be added to the consumer’s account. The receipt also becomes part of the consumer’s purchase history through this process.
Naturally, there are restrictions on the number of receipts that can be added per day, as well as a limit on how old a receipt can be.
Rewards
Nuvio offers configurable rewards in the form of extra loyalty points for creating a Nuvio account with a retailer, as well as for completing the initial registration with full details such as name, address, city, and interest groups.

In the future, the rewards functionality is expected to be further expanded to include loyalty points for specific purchases and other possible consumer actions.
Mailing export
Customer data can be exported using the mailing export functionality within RetailVista ERP. This export can be used to send emails to consumers via a newsletter application. However, a better solution is to use the LaPosta integration.
LaPosta integration
A newsletter integration has been implemented with LaPosta. All consumer interest groups from RetailVista are automatically transferred to LaPosta every night, ensuring that the mailing list is always up to date.
RFM customer segmentation
Customers are automatically segmented into customer groups. Every night, a calculation is performed based on the purchase history, and using that information, customers are classified into groups ranging from champion customers to lost customers.

The calculated RFM segment for a consumer is also transferred to LaPosta, enabling mailings that are tailored not only to the consumer’s interest groups but also to their RFM segment.
This way, a different message can be sent to a champion customer than to a customer who hasn’t visited the store for months.
AppStore, PlayStore
canning a QR code at the checkout is all that’s needed to start using Nuvio. The QR code directs consumers to a website specially developed for use on a phone or tablet. Consumers who prefer to have Nuvio as an app on their phone can download it from the App Store or Play Store.

License model
RetailVista Nuvio will be available in three different license models. The Seed version is the entry-level model, allowing customers to register and view their loyalty card balance. The Grow version includes all other functionalities, except for the app in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Flower, the most comprehensive version, includes not only the mobile website but also dedicated apps for your consumers.
