Comprehensive functionality

RetailVista ERP is an exceptionally complete application with modules for nearly every retail process you might encounter as a store owner. Product maintenance

RetailVista offers extensive product maintenance. At its core, more than 100 fields are available to record information for a product. We can manage multiple barcodes per product, and we also intelligently support various types of price barcodes.

Multiple VAT rates can be recorded per product, ensuring that any deliveries to foreign countries are accurately documented from a tax perspective. Additionally, there is the option to link multiple images to an article. We support images and URLs, and we have software available for bulk uploading of images.

If the number of data fields is insufficient, you can create an unlimited number of custom fields.

We have no issues handling very large product databases. For many customers, we manage product files containing around 2.5 million items or even more, all with excellent performance.

Exchange

Bulk import of product data – Almost all of our customers use Exchange. With this module, it is possible to import products in bulk. This can be done from a head office setup, but importing various Excel sheets is also supported.

Templates can be created with import definitions for Excel sheets, allowing for easy re-import during subsequent submissions.

Exchange acts as a gateway where product changes can be reviewed first. This makes the differences between the current product information and the imported data visible. For example, this allows for printing labels for upcoming price changes.

Scheduled prices

Unlimited number of future price changes – Prices can be scheduled, meaning that such changes will automatically take effect at a future point in time. This applies not only to sales prices but also to purchase prices.

Integrated with your webshop

Green Solutions, Magento, Shopware, WooCommerce, and many other integrations – We offer connections with various popular webshops. Through these integrations, we can send product and stock information to the webshop and retrieve orders.

Order fulfilment

Hassle-free order processing – Orders can be handled flawlessly with RetailVista, leading to higher customer satisfaction, content warehouse staff, lower return rates, and thus improved margins.

Through scenarios, we create a unique configuration for each type of order, specifying how processing should be handled. This includes the order picking process, which can be fully guided, allowing multiple orders to be picked simultaneously in both the warehouse and the store.

With the same scenarios, we also manage mandatory checks during the packing of an order, and the registration with shipping services like SendCloud is fully automated and handled without errors.

Of course, we have comprehensive solutions for the associated payment processes, including payment upon delivery and return payments.

Advanced stock administration

Automatic calculation of the ideal inventory position – RetailVista offers numerous options for inventory management. Of course, you can record the current inventory, but we also provide the capability for freely sellable stock.

Future inventory and an unlimited number of allocated inventory records can be maintained. With allocated inventory, you can, for example, record showroom stock, which affects the freely sellable inventory.

In addition to these inventory records, there is also the option to set minimum and maximum inventory levels. You don’t want to hold too much inventory, as that ties up liquidity, and having too little means potentially turning away sales. To assist you with this, there is an inventory calculator available that automatically calculates the ideal minimum and maximum stock levels.

RetailVista ERP Licenses

RetailVista is available in four different licensing models, ranging from an entry-level model with limited functionality to a model that provides access to all our features. We combine this with a transactional license, where we count the number of sales transactions per month. The advantage for you as a customer is that you pay less during quiet months and a bit more during busy months.
