First line support engineer

As a 1st Line Support Employee, you will help our customers automate their business in the best possible way, taking their experience with our innovative cloud solutions to the next level. No day is the same, and your problem-solving skills and enthusiasm make the difference. Whether it’s about hybrid POS systems, our extensive Retail ERP suite in the cloud, or our dynamic mobile app, you have the tools and knowledge to ensure everything runs smoothly. What are you going to do?

Really help our customers move forward! You are the lifesaver for our customers. With your service-oriented approach, you ensure that their issues are resolved before they become real problems.

Bring complexity back to simplicity: Whether it’s explaining a feature in the ERP software, assisting with hardware issues, or troubleshooting our mobile app, you make it understandable.

Be the connecting link: Collaboration is in your DNA. You effortlessly switch between customers and your colleagues from 2nd line support. Where our software is insufficiently documented, you make this known and later explain it to the customer.

Learn and grow: With us, learning never stops. Through internal training and access to the latest tools and technologies, you grow alongside our company and have the opportunity to continuously develop yourself further.

Increase our customer satisfaction score: We always strive for a higher rating, and you will help us achieve it! As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in the customer experience and satisfaction.

Who are you?

Interest in technology: You definitely don’t need to be a tech wizard with us, but you do have an interest in technology. You enjoy figuring out how our software works so you can translate the customer’s issue. Terms like cloud computing, ERP systems, POS software, and mobile applications don’t scare you. Not an expert yet? No problem, we’ll help you become one!

Customer-friendly with a smile: You have the patience and empathy to listen to the customer’s problem and clearly explain it to your colleagues. Customers always feel understood and valued by you.

Proactive and structured: You don’t wait for problems to come to you. You are able to work efficiently and in a structured manner, but during quieter moments, you look for shortcomings in our documentation and actively bring this to the attention of our second line support.

Curious and eager to learn: Technology is changing rapidly, and you see it as a challenge to grow alongside it.
