Centralised Order Control with Expo Screen
Expo screens provide a complete overview of all active orders and act as the central control point within the kitchen. Hospitality managers use these screens to coordinate order dispatch and control the flow between service and preparation.
Orders are routed to the appropriate kitchen stations directly from the Expo screen. FoodHUB supports multi-course service, allowing starters to be sent automatically while subsequent courses are released manually by staff at the right moment.

Station Screens for Real-Time Preparation
Kitchen display screens are installed at different kitchen areas such as the hot kitchen, cold kitchen and drinks stations. Multiple screens can display the same information within larger kitchens. When preparation starts, staff activate the order on the screen, making the status instantly visible on Expo screens. Once all items are completed, the order is automatically removed from the Station screen.
Pickup Screens for Order Status and Collection
Pickup screens allow customers to monitor the status of their order in real time. When buzzers are used, the corresponding number is displayed. The system also supports receipt numbers and other identification methods to ensure smooth and accurate order collection.

Seamless Integration with RetailVista POS
The EPOS system continuously sends transaction information to FoodHUB, an integrated kitchen display system. In the case of takeaway, this typically happens at the end of a transaction after payment. However, there is also full support for table service, where transactions can be temporarily parked and altered. Any changes are then continuously updated in FoodHUB.
As soon as a transaction is paid in RetailVista POS by NedFox, this is immediately reflected in FoodHUB. Any subsequent orders for the same table or buzzer will then result in a new order in FoodHUB.

RetailVista FoodHUB software is installed on site rather than in the cloud. As with RetailVista EPOS, a temporary internet outage does not immediately cause operational issues. FoodHUB runs independently and without an internet connection, allowing kitchen operations to continue with minimal disruption.
