About us
NedFox is the software producer of the RetailVista software products. With highly motivated staff, we develop new functionality daily and optimise our software. Building and marketing a Retail ERP environment requires extensive knowledge and effort, so our company is organised into several teams. Each team has a team lead whom we would like to introduce to you.
Product support
This team handles user enquiries every day and is dedicated to helping everyone use RetailVista effectively. Feel free to ask them anything you want to know… but they also appreciate hearing when things are going well! The team lead is Martin Chylarecki, reachable at mchylarecki@nedfox.nl.
Product Development
The users of RetailVista ERP have an endless stream of requests. This team works daily to address those requests, thereby building improvements and expansions in RetailVista ERP. The team lead is Erik Dekker, reachable at edekker@nedfox.nl.
Front office
The ladies at our reception are the first point of contact when you call us. However, besides answering the phone, they do so much more and ensure our organisation is supported in various ways. The team lead is Jeline van Eerde, reachable at jvaneerde@nedfox.nl.
